How does your service work?

Our process is personalized, efficient, and transparent — designed to give you confidence and clarity every step of the way:

  Complete our Request a Quote form* with your contact details, type of service, word count, document title, desired turnaround time, etc.

• Submit Your Document
  Email your document—or a representative sample—to:

• Receive a Personalized Quote
  We’ll review your request and send you a tailored quote within 1–2 business days.

• Approve the Quote
  Once you approve the quote, a 50% advance payment is required to begin editing.

• Receive Your Edited Manuscript
  You'll receive your edited manuscript by the agreed deadline after the remaining 50% payment is completed.

*Alternatively, you can simply email us the required information along with your document.

How much does it cost?

Each project is different. Prices depend on:

• Word count

• Type of service (Proofreading, Basic Editing, Premium Editing, Formatting)

• Technical complexity

• Quality of the original writing

• Turnaround time

Please note that we charge:

• a 40% surcharge for the Express Delivery service (3–4 business days)

What kind of documents do you work with?

Post-Delivery Support

• One free round of minor revisions is included within 7 days of delivery

• Second-round editing of the same document requested within 6 months of delivery (e.g., post-peer-review) receives a 30% discount, provided the content has not changed significantly

Do you keep my manuscript confidential?

Absolutely. We treat all files as strictly confidential and will not share or use your documents for any purpose other than providing the editing service. You retain full intellectual ownership of your work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via SWIFT/BIC/IBAN Bank Transfer only. PayPal invoicing will soon be available. Paypal Invoices are sent directly to your email via PayPal. You can pay securely using your PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or linked bank account. Payment can be made without a PayPal account.

Do you offer translation services?

Not at this time. We recommend working with certified academic translators prior to editing. However, our Premium Editing service includes language polishing that is particularly helpful for ESL authors.

Do you edit citations or references generated by a reference management software?

No, we do not edit citations or references generated by a reference management software. We will manually edit such citations or references.

What are your turnaround times?

For a 3000–5000-word manuscript:

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

• Express delivery: 3–4 business days

Delivery time excludes weekends and public holidays and may vary depending on manuscript length and service selected. Documents longer than 5000 words may require more time. Estimated delivery time will be clearly stated in your quote. Delays due to force majeure or unresponsive communication will be communicated clearly

What are your payment terms?

• A 50% deposit is requested before editing begins

• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final edited manuscript

• Invoices are itemised, clear, and include all necessary payment details
